We ship from the United States, to over 15 countries around the world. We work hard to get your orders to you as fast and as efficiently as possible, and work with various shippers to make it happen. Below you’ll find the arrangements that cover our shipping options and process.

Return Policy

Thank you for choosing AR STEM LABS!

We work hard and strive for your complete satisfaction. Period. But if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of AR STEM LABS products, or have an issue, you may return or exchange your purchase within the following time-periods for a refund, exchange or store credit.

REFUND - 14 DAY RETURN POLICY
Within 14 days of delivery, you may receive a full refund of the purchase amount for Arlektra, as long as you return Arlektra under the following conditions:

  1. Email support@arstemlabs.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. Fill out the form and email us back the completed form.

  2. When you ship Arlektra to us, it must be accompanied with: The purchase/invoice receipt, in its original packaging, undamaged, with all components and pieces, and in saleable condition

  3. We must receive Arlektra from you within 10 business days of your RMA being submitted to us by email.

  4. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges.

  5. Your credit card will be refunded within 7 business days for the purchase amount you paid, minus shipping.

EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT – 30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
Up to 30 days from delivery, you may receive an exchange or store credit for Arlektra, as long as you return Arlektra under the following conditions:

  1. Email support@arstemlabs.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. Fill out the form and email us back the completed form.

  2. When you ship Arlektra to us, it must be accompanied with:

  4. In its original packaging

  5. Undamaged, with all components and pieces, and in saleable condition

  6. We must receive Arlektra from you within 10 business days of your RMA being submitted to us by email.

  7. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges.

  8. If you’re requesting an exchange, you will receive a new product within 10 days of us receiving your returned merchandise.

  9. If you’re requesting a store credit, you will have the credit amount available to you for a period of 12 months from the date of your return.

Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to AR STEM LABS. If you return Product to AR STEM LABS (a) without a RMA from AR STEM LABS, (b) beyond the 7 day RMA issuance period, or (c) without proper packaging, AR STEM LABS retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 21 days for AR STEM LABS to credit the account used to make the original purchase.
